Naoki AoyagiManaging Partner

Naoki Aoyagi is senior vice president of Global Operations, GREE, Inc. and chief executive officer of GREE International, Inc. He joined GREE, Inc. in March 2006 and since then has overseen the alliance with KDDI, GREE's IPO, and the establishment of the GREE Platform Business. Overall, he has 10 years of experience in finance and management including his prior career at Deutsche Bank. Aoyagi earned a bachelor's degree in policy management from Keio University in 2002.

Yusuke AmanoPartner

Yusuke Amano graduated from Sophia University in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in Economics, after which he participated in numerous M&A projects at Deutsche Securities, Limited (now Deutsche Securities, Inc.) and Lehman Brothers Japan. After working at CCMP Capital Asia Pte., Ltd. (now Unitas Capital Pte., Ltd.), he joined GREE, Inc. in 2009.

Tatsuo TsutsumiPartner

After graduating from Keio University Graduate School in 1998, Tatsuo Tsutsumi worked at the Sanwa Research Institute Corporation (now Sanwa UFJ Research and Consulting, Inc.), and Global Brain Corporation before entering Cyber Agent, Inc., where he was involved in launching the company's FX and venture capital businesses. He then moved to Recruit, Inc. where he became the Director of Operations in charge of new business development and venture capital business. In 2011, he joined GREE, Inc.

Kuanhua HsuPrincipal

Kuan Hua started his career in management consulting in the US, then focused on supply chain management at an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider in the US and China. He obtained an MBA/MA joint degree from the University of Pennsylvania and became an investment banker in the US executing M&A deals in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. Kuan Hua subsequently moved to Singapore, executing PE deals throughout the region before joining GREE in 2012.

Kensuke KobayashiAssociate

After graduating from Tokyo University's Department of Law in 2004 and registering as a Japanese attorney at law in 2005, Kensuke Kobayashi participated as a corporate lawyer at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. He then served at Mitsubishi-Research Institute until 2011. He joined GREE in 2011 and has been working primarily on investments.

Hiroyuki KigaAnalyst

Hiroyuki Kiga graduated with a bachelor's degree in e-business in 2007 from Macquarie University. He then worked for the IT department of Macquarie Group and was involved in supporting the equity derivatives trading platform. Pursuing a career change, he went on to earn his master's degree in applied finance from the same university after which he joined GREE, Inc. in 2012.

Rei KawanoAnalyst

Prior to joining GREE in 2012, Rei majored in behavioral economics within the Claremont McKenna College Economics department, which allowed her to study how social and psychological factors affect consumers' economic behavior and perception. Outside of Claremont, Rei gained work experience in private banking and consulting at JP Morgan and Ernst and Young.
